Do you supply your own power and water?
Yes. We carry our own generator with a 25m cable reel and bring our own supply of spotless water, fully self-sufficient. If you can offer a mains socket it's appreciated, but never required.
Do I need to be home during the appointment?
Not necessarily. As long as we have access to the vehicle and a safe place to work, you don't need to be present, and we'll keep you updated throughout.
Do you cover my area?
We're based in Burgess Hill and cover Sussex. For locations more than 30 minutes' travel from us, a £20 fuel charge applies. Mention your town or postcode when you enquire and we'll confirm.
What if the weather is bad on the day?
Some services need suitable conditions for the best result. If the weather is too poor (heavy rain, for example) we'll contact you and reschedule to a better day at no extra charge.
